We, a group of seniors, had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects included exceptional service from a courteous staff, clean and quiet rooms with beautiful ambiance, and a wonderful breakfast spread catering to individual needs.

Great service and delicious food

During our romantic escape, we were pleasantly surprised by the great service we received at the hotel. The staff were always smiling and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the delicious food on offer, which catered to our specific dietary needs. Another advantage was the hotel's convenient location near popular attractions and amenities.

While we enjoyed our stay at this hotel, we did feel that there were some limitations when it came to the facilities on offer. For example, the rooms were quite small and lacked certain amenities that we would have expected at a hotel of this standard.

Over the Easter break, I checked into a hotel in Butwal, Nepal. It was perfectly located near popular tourist spots and offered ample in-room amenities such as clean beddings and a quiet environment. the staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me comfortable. They allowed me to order for room service to my heart's content. I loved the fact that I was served a special breakfast catered to my dietary needs. That was pretty impressive considering the hotel's size.

It rained heavily, and water seeped into my room's ceiling.

They even went the extra mile to help us plan our travel itinerary. the breakfast spread was extensive and there were options for teetotalers as well.

The hotel manager and front desk staff even helped me with my travel plans. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
